Los Angeles, Aug 15 (IANS) Indian origin actor Kunal Nayyar, who plays a geek in the American sitcom "Big Bang Theory", feels flattered when people copy him and says he loves being a role model.
Nayyar, who is married to former Indian beauty queen Neha Kapur, is especially happy when obsessive fans dress up as his character astrophysicist Rajesh Koothrappali from the show, at comic book conventions, reports thesun.co.uk.
"We go to sci-fi convention Comic Con every year and people line up for days to get into the panel. It's really weird when you see people dress up like you. It's cool to be a role model. It's cool to see that we've come this far that people want to dress like us," said Nayyar.
"Big Bang Theory" follows the life of four geeks and their failures with women. It is a hit worldwide.
