Rome, Aug 9 (IANS/AKI) A fake school offering courses in nursing was busted by police after unsuspecting students paid 140,000 euros (around $170,000) for classes that did not exist.
The fraud near the central Italian city of Perugia was uncovered after police looked into online promotions for various schools in the area.
A total of 47 students had signed up for the classes that were supposed to lead to credentials to be able to work in hospitals and other centres of the health industry.
