London, June 26 (ANI): Britain's Minister of State for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Lord Howell, has welcomed the positive steps being taken by Pakistan and India to build trust and confidence.

Howell said Pakistan and India should take into account the wishes of the Kashmiri people for a long-lasting solution of Kashmir issue, reports the Daily Times.
