Islamabad, June 25 (ANI): Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari's immunity and dual posts held by him have been challenged in the Supreme Court.
The petitioner, advocate Mahmood Akhtar Naqvi, referring to Article 43 of the constitution of Pakistan, claimed that the Pakistani president cannot hold two offices, reports The Dawn.
President Zardari also serves as the co-chairman of the ruling Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). (ANI)
