China, Pakistan presidents holds talks on SCO sidelines in Beijing

Beijing, June 7 (Xinhua-ANI): President Hu Jintao held talks Thursday with his Pakistani counterpart Asif Ali Zardari in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
Hu described Zardari as an "old friend of the Chinese people" who has made important contributions toward promoting cooperation between China and Pakistan.
Hu held a welcome ceremony for Zardari before their talks.
Zardari arrived in Beijing on Tuesday night to visit China and attend the Beijing summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). (Xinhua-ANI)
