Lahore, May 20 (ANI): Activists of JuD-backed Difa-e-Pakistan Council (DPC) will organise a march to the capital on May 27 against the government's likely decision to reopen supply routes for NATO forces in Afghanistan.
The DPC has announced to launch a 'peaceful' long march from Karachi to Islamabad, which will be preceded by a countrywide protest on May 25, reports The Nation.
The DPC is hoping for a large number of activists from member parties to join the march. They said the DPC would extend the protest to Chamman, Torkham and other routes of NATO supply in the country.
DPC leaders said the U.S. and its allies would get a new life if supplies of "the killers of the Muslims" are reopened and will make them stay in the region for another ten years.
"Pakistan will be affected the most if the supplies are resumed," they said. (ANI)
