Agni-V missile successfully tested

New Delhi, April 19 (IANS) India Thursday successfully test-fired its indigenous long range nuclear-capable ballistic missile Agni-V.

 

The missile was launched from Wheelers' Island off the coast in Odisha's Bhadrak district.

 

 

The successful test firing of Agni-V enabled India's entry into the exclusive club of nations with capability to hit targets 5,000 km away. US, Russia and China are the other three nations in the club.
