Carrie Underwood not ready for kids

Los Angeles, April 16 (IANS) Singer Carrie Underwood says she is not ready to start a family because she does not want the responsibility yet.
The 29-year-old, who married hockey player Mike Fisher in 2010, admits neither of them feel the time is right to start a family, reports eonline.com.
"We're both so busy and it would be weird to have that much when there's another person depending on you," said Underwood.
The couple is often separated for long periods due to work, but she doesn't believe it harms their relationship in any way.
"It's so nice to miss him, and it's so nice to be happy every time I see him. We really cherish the time we have together," she said.
