Washington, Mar 28 (ANI): Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall, pulled out a fake gun at a visit to the set of the show 'The Killing' in Copenhagen.
She is said to be a big fan of the European murder mystery series and had plotted a set visit, in an abandoned scrap yard, as part of her Scandinavian tour. The Duchess was joined on set by Denmark's Crown Princess Mary and the show's star Sofie Grabol, who plays Detective Sarah Lund.
"I think it is really surreal. But it's lovely that she wanted to come here," People magazine quoted Grabol as saying.
"I told her last night to wear flat shoes. This is not really an inviting place for a royal visit," she added.
Camilla reportedly watches the show with Prince Charles, according to the show's creator Soren Sveistrup, who met the couple Sunday at a reception hosted by the British ambassador.
"[Prince Charles] said [the show] was one of the only things they could agree on seeing together," said Sveistrup.
According to reports, the Duchess took home with her a sweater in the style of character Sarah Lund, who famously wears knitwear on the show. (ANI)
