Quetta, Feb 13 (ANI): A Hindu trader was allegedly kidnapped from Veer area of Khuzdar's Wadh tehsil, some 370 kilometres from Quetta.
Balochistan Levies Constable Muhammad Essa said Sham Lal, a resident of Khuzdar, was on his way with his family from Khuzdar to Karachi in a car when a group of armed men intercepted them. They kidnapped the trader at gunpoint and left his family in the car.
"The trader was on way from Khuzdar to Karachi when unidentified men kidnapped him at gunpoint," the Daily Times quoted the Balochistan Levies, as saying.
No one has reported claimed responsibility for the incident as of now. An investigation is underway. (ANI)
