Sydney, Jan 17 (ANI): Socialite Candy Spelling is still waiting for a buyer for her 150 million dollar mansion, which is said to be the most expensive listing in the world.
Candy, 65, who is the widow of television producer Aaron Spelling, had put her Los Angeles home, 'The Manor', on the market two years ago and the price tag has remained the same since.
The chateau-style 5250 sq m mansion was built on two hectares at Holmby Hills at a cost of 40 million dollars in 1990 by Spelling, who's work includes Dynasty, Charlie's Angels, Melrose Place and Beverly Hills, 90210.
The marketing photography by Jeff Hyland of the Christie's brokerage Hilton and Hyland shows the properties majesty.
"The crown jewel of one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods in Southern California," the Sydney Morning Herald quoted agents of the property as saying.
"The Manor is one of the most famous homes ever built and it has set a new standard for exclusive residential estates," they described it. (ANI)
