Petaling Jaya (Malaysia), July 4(ANI): The distraught parents of missing two-year-old Indian-origin girl are still searching for their baby.

Nisha Chandramohan had disappeared on June 4 after being taken for a walk in Mentakab, Pahang, by her mentally-ill grandaunt.

"We are still searching for our little girl. We will not give up ... we will never give up. How can we give up on our baby girl?" The Star quoted Wong Lai Lan, Nisha's mother, as saying.

"I hope people will not forget her and keep their eyes open. Surely someone would have seen her. Why isn't anyone coming forward? Our hearts are aching for her," she added.

She further said that Nisha, who is epileptic and has a weak leg, needs medication and was scheduled to undergo a medical check-up soon.

"It is so difficult to go through each day without her. I am living by faith every day; I believe someone is keeping her," she added.

Wong and her husband G. Chandramohan, along with family members, have scoured different parts of Pahang, Seremban and the Klang Valley. (ANI)
