Air Asia offers low fares to promote tourism in Malaysia

Petaling Jaya June 23 (ANI): Air Asia will be offering one way 'extra low fares' to eight Indian destinations for as low as RM169 starting today through next Wednesday.

 

"With the offer, the airline hoped to promote Malaysia and attract more Indian visitors in line with Tourism Malaysia's target of 650,000 Indian tourists for this year," The Star quoted Air Asia regional commercial head Kathleen Tan as saying.

 

The travel period for the promotion is from July 1 to Sept 24 this year.

 

The destinations are Kuala Lumpur to Tiruchirappalli, Kochi, Kolkata, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Penang to Chennai. (ANI)
