London, Feb 24 (ANI): An arrest warrant has been issued for Angie Sanselmente Valencia, an ex-lingerie model, accused of heading one of the world's largest drug gangs which smuggles cocaine to Britain.
Valencia insists members of her all-female empire are "unsuspicious, beautiful angels", reports The Sun.
Valencia, 30 - crowned Colombia's 'Queen of Coffee' in 2000 - left modelling and shifted from her native Colombia to Argentina in order to set up the empire last year, investigators revealed.
Investigators tried to trace her via her beloved Pomeranian lap dog but found it registered to a disused warehouse.
Her "angels" were paid 1,300 pounds to board flights from Colombia to Cancun, Mexico, with bags of cocaine - dubbed 'Charlie' - every 24 hours, it has been found.
They were then trafficked to Europe.
Valencia is thought to be on the run in Argentina or Mexico.
Valencia was busted when a 21-year-old blew the whistle on the scam after cops held her at Buenos Aires airport. (ANI)
