Washington, January 30 (ANI): Former presidential candidate John Edwards' mistress Rielle Hunter has filed a temporary restraining order seeking to wrest control of an alleged sex tape.
Earlier this week, Andrew Young, a former aide of Edwards, had claimed that he is in possession of a video showing the politician engage in sex with his campaign videographer who was already pregnant with his child.
Young shares the details of it in his new book 'The Politician,' reports Fox News.
Now, Hunters has filed court papers in North Carolina seeking the return of photographs and a "very private and personal" video she made while working for Edwards.
Also, Edwards' attorneys have come up with a statement: "From media reports, it is obvious that there are many allegations which are simply false. It appears that Andrew Young is primarily motivated by financial gain and media attention."
Meanwhile, Young's attorney has reportedly said to authorities that he could not immediately turn over the tape as it has already turned the tape over to a grand jury.
Young's book is set to release on February 2. (ANI)
