London, Jan 23 (ANI): A Brit office receptionist, who won a sexual harassment case against her boss, has revealed that she felt 'violated' when he offered to "kit her out" at Ann Summers, an adult store.
Lizzy Bibby also told an employment tribunal that company director Andrew Ferrier smacked her bottom, grabbed her waist and showed her pornography.
"I was at my desk and Mr Ferrier said he was going to take me to Ann Summers to 'kit me out'. I felt humiliated and embarrassed," the Daily Star quoted her as saying.
"On another occasion I was looking in the filing cabinet and he smacked me on the bottom. I told him not to do it and he replied: 'It's your fault for wearing tight trousers'," she revealed.
Bibby said the harassment was so bad she was forced to quit her 9pounds-an-hour job at Cardiff chartered surveyors Ferrier Hart Thomas.
"I was being treated as a sex object and I found it very hard to get through the days. I felt violated," she added.
She claimed Ferrier, 61, who has described her claims as "pure fantasy", showed her two pornographic pictures on a computer, one of them of a naked transsexual.
"They are malicious allegations with absolutely no substantiation," he told the Cardiff tribunal.
Office manager Sandra Parker said work banter had been "nothing malicious", but she also confirmed she had seen Ferrier put his hands on Bibby's waist.
Compensation will be fixed later. (ANI)
