Melbourne, Dec 16 (ANI): A survey has revealed that more than one in three Aussie men can't view their own private parts when they look down, as their belly blocks their view.
The survey commissioned by Jenny Craig, stated that a shocking 38 percent of Aussie men claim they couldn't see their private parts when they look down naked.
It also revealed that the older Aussie men get, the more likely they are to grow a gut.
Around 27 percent of Australian men aged between 25-39 struggle to see their manhood while 37 percent in the 40-54 age bracket claim their belly blocks their view.
Over half of Australian men 55+ said their only chance of seeing their genitalia was by looking in the mirror.
Men in Queensland and South Australia are the worst, with 40 percent admitting they can't see their genitalia when they look down.
NSW and West Australian men aren't far behind with 39 percent confessing it's been a while since they've been able to see what's underneath their belly.
Aussie men from Victoria appear to have the least confessions, but still aren't far behind with 37 percent.
"If I'm honest, when I first saw these results they made me laugh, but actually when you start analysing the hard statistical facts, these results simply prove both weight and gut size are a huge issue for men in Australia," the Courier Mail quoted Jenny Craig Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand, Amy Smith, as saying.
"These results are a tongue and cheek way for us at Jenny Craig, to encourage men to address their weight issues as evidence suggests, the bigger the waist measurement, the higher the risk of disease," she added.
Jenny Craig is now marketing a special weight-loss program, Jen 4 Men, especially for Aussie males. (ANI)
