Boob job fraudster has her assets seized!

London, Dec 11 (ANI): A Brit woman, who conned a 3,000-pound boob job out of a surgery, is facing having her assets seized after a judge passed the order.

Nina Burmis, 19, who is a law student, was given a nine-month suspended jail term after the 500-pound cheque, she used as a down payment for her new figure, bounced, reports the Mirror.

She was booked under the Proceeds of Crime Act and told to sell her 450 pounds car after Judge Roger Thorn QC ruled that it would be impractical to take out the implants.

The fraudster has three months to pay up or faces 14 days in jail.

Burmis, a Hull University student, who is known on campus as having "more front than Blackpool", had the 32CC silicone implants last December.

But when she did not turn up for her post-op check, medics called cops.

Burmis denied having surgery and refused to be examined but was caught through phone records.

Police then found she had tried to con a 77,000-pound mortgage from a building society.

In July, Burmis, of Gravesend, Kent, admitted three charges of fraud and was given the nine-month term and ordered to do 200 hours of unpaid work.

The judge said it was a "matter of concern that someone so imbued with offending" was studying law. (ANI)
