Islamabad, Nov.11 (ANI): Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari, who is having a tough time holding on to his chair, is worried about his future so much that he has now even started pondering over the place of his burial, it has emerged.
According to sources close to Zardari, the President, after having spent lot of time thinking about the place of his last abode, has decided that he should be laid to rest at Ghari Khudabakhsh.
Ghari Khudabukhsh is the ancestral graveyard of Zardari's in-laws where apart from his assassinated wife and former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, his father-in-law late Z.A. Bhutto and brothers-in-law have been buried.
Sources said Zardari believed that it is better to die for the cause of democracy rather than in meek surrender.
"President Zardari is prepared to die for the cause of democracy rather than succumbing to any pressure to compromise," The Nation quoted sources, as saying.
According to them Zardari was forced to contemplate about his future to the extent of choosing his own grave after surviving three attempts to dethrone him.
Another close aide of Zardari pointed out that there has been a trust deficit which is haunting the President ever since he stepped into the Presidency.
He said Zardari's much famous grin had more to do with giving a different impression than what actually was the case.
"It was always to give out a contrary impression," he said. (ANI)
