London, October 31 (ANI): Levi Johnston, the father of Sarah Palin's grandson, has decided to go to the court alleging that the former US Vice President candidate is preventing him from meeting his 10-month-old child.
The 19-year-old, who fathered son Tripp with Palin's eldest daughter Bristol, said that the step has become "inevitable," since the politician is putting strong restrictions.
"I'm up to the point where I can't see my kid again. I'm done. I'm sure we'll end up in court," The Telegraph quoted Johnston as telling The Guardian.
He added: "We're definitely going to court. They started letting me see him and everything was fine. But everything got bad again. So I said screw them. Bristol listens to her mom. Sarah says something, Bristol is going to follow."
Johnston further claimed that he was earlier permitted to see his baby once a week.
However, now it has been several weeks since he has been allowed to visit.
Meanwhile, Palin's lawyer, Thomas Van Flein, has clarified that Johnston was "always welcome" to visit his son.
If Johnston files a case, it could hurt Palin's ambition of running for the White House in 2012. (ANI)
