Severe dust storm, strong winds hit Delhi
New Delhi, Jun 09 (ANI): Delhi experienced a major change in weather on Saturday afternoon after severe dust storm and strong winds hit the national capital and adjoining areas. Daytime’s scorching heat and temperatures, rising up to 45 degree Celsius, turned into dust storm and rain in by afternoon. Some areas experienced complete darkness at 5 pm due to the violent dust storm. Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) had predicted storms and rainfall in Delhi with wind speed ranging between 70-80 km/hr. Rains bring respite to Delhites from the heat wave situations created by rising temperatures.
