"The Supreme Court had a hearing in the contempt case today, as the Cricket Association of Bihar moved an application for shifting the venue from Chennai to Mumbai to thwart any attempt to influence the vote by N.Srinivasan supporters.
Meanwhile, Srinivasan has apologised to the Apex Court for attending the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) working committee meeting in spite of a court order asking him to stay away from Board affairs till his conflict of interest charge were cleared.
