SECOND PHASE OF POLLS BEGIN IN JHARKHAND
The second of the three phased polls in Jharkhand today will see six constituencies going into polls today. The six Parliamentary seats include Giridih, Ranchi, Khunti (ST) and Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur and Singhbhum (ST).
