SC refuses to allow appointment of IPS Archana Ramasundram in CBI, to hear case next Monday
New Delhi, July 14 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Monday refused to lift stay on appointment of IPS Archana Ramasundram in CBI and gave the next hearing date as next Monday. The court said that inspite of stay on her appointment, Ramasundram joined the agency without permission which intensifies the case further. The Supreme Court had earlier restrained Ramasundram from functioning as the Additional Director until further instructions as initial arguments suggested that her appointment was in breach of the selection process.
