Oats - 1 cup
Chopped Onion - 1 no
Chopped Green Chili - 1 no
Chopped Ginger - 1 no
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Chopped Coriander leaves
1.For making batter, take a bowl, add 1 cup of Oats, 1 Chopped Onion, 1 Chopped Green Chili, 1 Chopped Ginger, 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Chili powder, Salt and mix it all together with 1 1/2 cups of Water (Ratio is, 1 1/2 cups of water for 1 cup of Oats)
2.Add Chopped Coriander leaves and give it a quick mix. Let is sit for 20 minutes.
3.Heat the tawa and grease it with Ghee. Gently, pour the Batter and Drizzle some Ghee and keep flame on medium and cook it on both sides.
Tasty and healthy Oats Adai is ready to serve.
