Nirbhaya case: Convict attempts suicide, advocate blames Delhi Govt. for falsely implicating Vinay Sharma
New Delhi, Aug 25 (ANI): One of the convicts tried in the court and sentenced to death for the rape and murder of Nirbhaya, namely Vinay Sharma, attempted suicide on late Wednesday night in Tihar jail. Advocate AP Singh, who met the accused a few days earlier, said the suicide attempt by the accused is a tactic of Delhi Government to secure themselves and implicate the convict. He said that Vinay is being falsely implicated and he remains innocent. He even added that the accused wants to study and help his family.
