Man arrested for raping, killing 2 children
Kannauj (UP), Mar 12 (ANI): A man was arrested from Uttar Pradesh’s Kannauj for allegedly raping and killing two children. The 20-year-old accused was arrested after he raped and killed a child and left his body in a sack in Kannuj’s Kachoha district. According to the police official, during the counseling of the accused, they found out that he has psychological issues and thus has committed many such crimes in the past.
