London Olympic 2012: Rousing welcome for Vijay Kumar
New Delhi, August 08 (ANI): India s sole silver medallist at the London Olympics, shooter Vijay Kumar, received a rousing reception on his arrival in New Delhi today, from the sporting gala event. Kumar was thrilled to receive such a warm reception and added that it took him an Olympic medal to get acknowledgment in his own country. Earlier, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Prem Kumar Dhumal announced a cash award of one crore rupees for the ace shooter.
