Janmashtami preps in full swing
Rajkot /Siliguri/Varanasi/ Haldwani, Aug 09 (ANI): As the nation is getting ready for celebrations of Janmashtami, the security personnel have become more vigilant and have beefed up the security. Police officials in Rajkot are getting all geared up to avoid any untoward situation. Whereas, in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand local markets are flooding with the colourful idols of lord Krishna. Speaking to a reporter, Susheel Kumar, a local of Varanasi said that Krishna Janmashtami is one of the most popular festivals being celebrated by the locals with full devotion and enthusiasm. This year the festival will be celebrated on August 10th.
