Crumb fried prawns
Tiger Prawns - 250 gms
Soya Sauce - 1&1/2 tsp
Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Maida (all purpose Flour) - 2 tsp
Egg - 1 no
Oil for deep frying
1. Firstly, clean and devain the prawn. To that add soya sauce, chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chilli powder, corn flour, maida and Egg.
2. Mix well so its all coated evenly. Let it marinatre for 30 minutes.
3. Skewer the prawns and coat it with bread crumbs
4. Deep fry till its cooked and serve hot with your prefered dip.
