For the first time since April, Avril Lavigne is opening up about her battle with Lyme disease. The singer revealed to Good Morning America that she was bedridden due to the disease. Lavigne got emotional as she shared that multiple specialists failed to properly diagnose her and made her feel crazy. The “Complicated” songstress is half way through treatment and is expected to have a full recovery. She says it’s like a second shot at life, and that she wants to go out there and truly do what she loves.
