"I surrendered because I am clean": Ex-Goa education minister
Panaji (Goa), May 05 (ANI): Goa's former legislator Atanasio alias Babush Monserrate, accused of raping a minor, on Thursday surrendered before the Crime Branch of Goa police, stating the allegations against him are false. Babush said he is not taking any anticipatory bail since he wants the police to interrogate him so that the truth can come out.
