Morarji Desai, the ace politician was born and brought up in Bombay presidency in 1896 in a Brahmin Hindu family as well as educated in Wilson College, Bombay had a distinctive vision of life and morality through which he could understand the inner meaning of life and desired to devote his whole life in Indian Independence movement for the cause of the nation. Desai had cantankerous relationship with Research and Analysis Wing and Desai used to say it a ploy of Indira Gandhi and demanded the close down of all its activities after he assumed the office of the Prime minister.
