Bhopal, May 5 (IANS) Eleven villagers in Madhya Pradesh have been arrested for parading naked two women who allegedly helped a young woman to elope, police said Tuesday.
The incident took place in Talwada village in tribal-dominated Dhar district Sunday. Those arrested included five men and six women. They also blackened the two women's faces and garlanded them with slippers.
