Maneria to lead India U-19 team in Australia

Mumbai, March 24 (IANS) Rajasthan's Ashok Maneria will lead the Indian colts in three One-dayers and two three-day matches in their cricket tour to Australia starting April 4.

 

The 16-member under-19 squad Tuesday began preparing for the tour at the Mumbai Cricket Association's Academy.

 

 

Former India player Chandrakant Pandit is the coach of the team.

Ashok Maneria (captain), Harpreet Singh, Mukul Dagar, Mayank Agarwal, Karun Nair, Mandeep Singh, Manan Sharma, Sufian Sheikh (wicketkeeper), Avi Barath, Saurav Netravalkar, Harshal Patel, Krishna Das, Jaidev Unadkad, Gagandeep Singh, Gaurav Jathar, Kundan Singh.

 

 

Itinerary:

 

 

April 4: Arrival in Australia

 

 

April 7: 1st ODI - Bellerive Oval, Hobart

 

 

April 9: 2nd ODI, Bellerive Oval

 

 

April 11 -13: Three-day match - Bellerive Oval

 

 

April 17: 3rd ODI - WACA, Perth

 

 

April 19-21: Three-day match - WACA.

 

 

April 22: Departure
