In one hour long cross firing between the militants and security forces seven CRPF personnel also apparently have minor injuries. Official however confirmed no such damages to the research centre.
Though the atomic research centre is highly guarded it is not clear how they came inside the centre. According to an army official, the militants suddenly started hurling grenades and opened fire immediately after security personnel enclosed the entire area.
In fact as the day July 26 observe the 8 th anniversary of India’s Kargil Triumph; it was obvious that militants may plan such kind of activity in the state.
