Melbourne, Jan 13 (ANI): Miranda Kerr has been chosen to become the new face of Qantas airlines.
The Victoria's Secret model will attend the Qantas Spirit of Australia event in Los Angeles to mark her new role.
Kerr said she was 'honoured' to have been chosen as the brand ambassador for the airline.
"I grew up with Qantas which is such an iconic Australian brand. I'm proud of my Australian heritage and I'm so excited that I will now be able to represent Australia's premium airline around the world," News.com.au quoted her as saying.
"I travel frequently and from the moment I step onboard a Qantas flight I feel at home," she said.
Qantas boss Alan Joyce said he was delighted to welcome Kerr aboard.
"Miranda Kerr is one of the most photographed and recognisable people in the world," he said. (ANI)
