Karachi, Dec 30(ANI): Former Pakistan skipper will play in the Dhaka Premier League after being granted the No-Objection Certificate by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The move comes after he was axed from the squad for the England Test series in the United Arab Emirates.
A PCB official confirmed that Malik has been given a green signal for taking part in the event and added that he would likely to depart today, The Dawn reports.
Malik will return to Pakistan next month to play in the Pentangular Cup and would also be available for selection in the one day international and Twenty 20 series against England. (ANI)
