London, Dec 26 (ANI): WAGS have urged Peter Crouch's wife Abbey Clancy to buy a big guard dog after burglars broke into her home and stole Christmas presents.
The Wives and Girlfriends of high-profile footballers have united to support the Stoke City striker after four crooks fled with 100,000 pound of jewellery, watches and presents, before the couple returned to their six-bedroom mansion in Mottram-St-Andrew, Cheshire.
Jude Cisse, who is married to ex-Liverpool striker Djibril took to Twitter to advise Clancy.
"Get a protection dog, great with the kids," the Sun quoted her as writing.
Sir Alex Ferguson's daughter-in-law Nadinen also came in to comment on the theft.
"Jeeezzz its so scary!" she wrote.
Clancy, 25, has reportedly called in a team of security experts to increase protection at the 4.5 million-pound house.
According to a source, Clancy, who has a nine-month-old daughter, felt "violated" by the raid. (ANI)
