Rio De Janeiro, December 25(ANI): Brazilian front man Adriano has accidentally hit a twenty-year old woman with his bodyguard's gun in Barra da Tijuca district of Rio de Janeiro.
This incident transpired when Adriano came out of a party with three female counterparts.
Police Lieutenant Tomas da Silva told CBN radio that Adriano was toying around with his bodyguard's gun when he accidentally pressed the trigger, which shot one of the women.
He also revealed that Adriano didn't turn himself in to the police and the women got injured requires a surgery on her hand, The Fox Sports reports.
Adriano who is currently playing with Brazilian champions Corinthians has seen his career suffer in recent years due to problems related to his weight, alcohol and depression.
He had a successful stint with Italian football club, Inter Milan where he had won four Serie A titles.
Last year also he was on the verge of being arrested but escaped since Rio De Janeiro police didn't had enough evidence against him in a case related to dealings with drug traffickers. (ANI)
