London, Dec 23 (ANI): Ryan Giggs' sister-in-law Natasha, who had an eight-year extra marital affair with the Manchester United star, has revealed that she regrets all of it and wants to get back with hubby Rhodri Giggs.
Natasha, 29, said that she was a "fool" to risk her marriage to Giggs' brother Rhodri for the thrill of having secret sex with the 38-year-old Welsh midfielder.
"Now I pray he will forgive me and we can be together again," the Sun quoted Natasha as saying
Natasha admits it was "thrilling" to be Giggs' lover because of his vast fame.
But she said that by the end of their eight-year affair, any enjoyment had long since disappeared.
She felt her regular sex sessions with the married soccer star had become "seedy", and she was increasingly haunted by guilt over two-timing Rhodri.
"At the beginning it was thrilling to know that someone as famous and admired as Ryan wanted to be in bed with me," she said.
"But by the end the whole thing had become so seedy. It stopped being fun. The thrill had gone and there was nothing romantic about it.
"By now the guilt of cheating on Rhodri outweighed anything I got out of being with Ryan. I thought, 'I'm worth more than this.
"I learned two crucial things this year - the most important being that I love my husband more than I ever realised.
"I still can't believe what a fool I was to risk what we had all for the thrill of having sex with Ryan.
"Now I sleep alone in the bed I used to share with Rhodri and wish he was back in it with me," she stated.
Natasha hopes to get back with her estranged husband.
"I hope time can heal the pain I've caused. This has been the worst year of my life and I know I only have myself to blame for the way things turned out.
"I cheated on my husband with his own brother, who just happens to be one of the most famous men in Britain. It was never going to end any way other than badly.
"Ryan's wife has found a way to take him back. I just hope my husband can find it in his heart to do the same," she added. (ANI)
