London, Dec 23: Manchester City gaffer Roberto Mancini believes if they can accumulate ninety points by the end of the season, then that might be enough for them to capture their first ever Barclay's Premier League title.
They have already gathered 44 points from their first 17 matches and need 46 more from remaining 21 matches in this season. This doesn't seem to be a tough task taking into account their sweltering form this season.
Manchester United won the title last year with 80 points and Mancini thinks 90 point is the minimum they need, to win the title since United is constantly winning its matches and looks in great form.
Traditionally Manchester United is known to perform much better during the Christmas period and the second halve of the season. This puts more pressure on City and that is why Mancini doesn't wants to take any chance.
Mancini said, "I'm happy we're top of the table at Christmas but as I've said many times, it is important to stay there for the rest of the season". (ANI)
