Srinagar, Dec 14 (ANI): Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman Syed Ali Shah Geelani has said that the Hurriyat will not give in to the Jammu and Kashmir government orders banning calendars and dairies issued by it as they were considered inflammatory.
However, Geelani said that he is optimistic that court would come to their rescue.
"As the government is imposing a ban on our calendars and dairies, we expect that at least the court here gives justice to us," he added.
Geelani further said that the 'suppressive methods' adopted by the government would not deter them to raise their voice against injustice.
"The India police, government, army and the provincial government thinks that issue of Kashmir will be resolved by using their power, subverting our voices, arresting public and the people will stop raising their voices for the birthright. I want to make clear through the media, that by using such methods, our voices cannot be subverted," he added. (ANI)
