London, Dec.13 (ANI): British boxer David Haye wants to knock out Germany-based Ukrainian rival Vitali Klitschko, and hopes to make a comeback with a bang.
Haye lost to Klitschko's younger brother Wladimir in July, then quit the sport in October saying he always intended to retire at 31.
But he has already held talks about a comeback fight against WBC heavyweight champion Vitali at some point in 2012, The Sun reports.
Vitali yesterday confirmed that he is to fight Haye's fellow British heavyweight Dereck Chisora in Munich first on February 18.
And that fight could prove to be a warm-up for the touted clash with the Hayemaker, with the 40-year-old Ukrainian keen to fight at least two bouts next year.
Haye said: "They (the fans) would want me to finish by knocking out either Wladimir or Vitali Klitschko." (ANI)
