London, Dec. 3 (ANI): Under fire manager Steve Kean has said that he has nothing to fear ahead of a showdown with Blackburn Rover's board on Monday.
According to The Sun, Kean held talks with a Venky's representative at Ewood Park this week as the club slipped deeper into crisis.
Kean claims he still has the '100 per cent' backing of the Indian owners despite a bleak run of three wins in 27 league matches.
Sun Sport understands some directors believe the time is right for a change before it is too late.
Rovers are bottom of the Premier League and four points from safety, while they crashed out of the Carling Cup away to Championship Cardiff this week.
Kean desperately needs a win against Swansea today before facing the directors, and he said: "There is pressure - but there always is. The meeting has been scheduled for four months, and it's a good time for it. We'll discuss the transfer window again. The owners are concerned about our position, but they are 100 per cent supportive." (ANI)
