Washington, Nov 19 (ANI): Demi Moore has revealed that she had tried to save her marriage to Ashton Kutcher by going on a make-or-break holiday to her ex-husband Bruce Willis' Caribbean hideaway.
According to The Daily Mail, the couple had jetted to one of Willis's holiday homes last week where Moore had apparently asked Kutcher to promise that he would never cheat on her again.
Not satisfied with the answers, Moore gave in and decided to file divorce.
The trip was a final attempt in order to save the marriage, following a spiritual' visit to Israel after seeking spiritual guidance for several months, and a rural retreat they had taken with a marriage therapist.
However it seemingly wasn't enough for Moore to forgive Kutcher who had cheated on her with blonde Sara Leal on the night before their sixth wedding anniversary.
"As a woman, a mother and a wife, there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life," Contactmusic quoted her as saying in a statement. (ANI)
