Johannesburg, Nov 20(ANI): The Australian team is down, but not out in the second and final Test against South Africa in Johannesburg, says vice-captain Shane Watson.
South Africa, who lead the series 1-0, have already taken a 199 run lead with seven wickets and two days' play left at The Wanderers.
Watson however admits that Australia face a near-impossible task unless they can roll through the South Africans quickly today.
"We felt ... if we got a couple more we could have run through them. But we weren't able to break the partnership of AB de Villiers and Hashim Amla. They both batted very nicely," the Sydney Morning Herald quoted Watson, as saying.
"It's frustrating, but hopefully we can get a few early wickets in the morning to be able to try and keep the run chase down as low as we possibly can," he added. (ANI)
