London, Nov 14 (ANI): Kim Kardashian has hired an influential Hollywood lawyer to sue her ex-publicist for alleging that her 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries was a sham.
According to TMZ, famed attorney Marty Singer immediately filed a lawsuit to muzzle Jonathan Jaxson after being hired by the 31-year-old TV personality.
In her legal claim, the socialite says that Jaxson only worked for her on one project which was a blog and that by speaking out publicly he has violated a confidentiality agreement.
Jaxson immediately took to his personal blog to say that Kardashian needs to get her facts straight.
"To the best of my knowledge, I have never signed an agreement dealing with confidentiality with Kim Kardashian," the Daily Mail quoted him as posting.
"I have an agreement in my possession that does not have either parties signature on it," he said.
Kardashian is seeking in legal damages worth 200,000 dollars from Jaxson. (ANI)
