London, Nov 8 (ANI): The film academy will honor Vanessa Redgrave with its first-ever European tribute to an actor on Nov. 13 in London.
Although the awards are usually given out in the United States, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences said that it would pay tribute to the actress in London.
The academy will honour Redgrave for her work during her five decades in the film industry, the Telegraph reported.
The 74-year-old actress has been nominated for six Academy Awards and won in the best supporting role category in 1977 for 'Julia.' (ANI)
