China's 3G mobile phone users hit 102 million mark

Beijing, Oct 26(ANI): China's 3G mobile phone users reached 102 million by the end of September, according to the country's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).

Xiao Chunquan, Director General of the Bureau of Operation Monitoring and Coordination of MIIT, said that the 3G network covered all cities, counties and some villages in China, Xinhua reports.

Chunquan also highlighted that due to the fast increase of mobile phone users, China's telephone users hit a new record high of 1.24 billion by the end of September. (ANI)
